Gary Medina

Gary Medina brings more than 25 years of real estate experience and nearly 40 years of combined experience in mortgage lending and real estate. He began his mortgage career in 1997, serving clients as a loan officer with Bank of America, GMAC, and respected local lenders.

Gary Medina is currently licensed with Xpert Home Lending, helping clients find financing that fits their needs. He offers access to conventional, FHA, VA, non-QM, and private money loan options. With a track record of helping clients navigate challenging circumstances, Gary has personally closed more than $500 million in transactions.

At his clients’ request, Gary earned his real estate license in 2010. He now represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, from RV spaces to multimillion-dollar homes. His experience with financing, contracts, and negotiation helps him guide clients through the process. Buyers may be able to get pre-approved and tour homes the same day.

A power producer in the Las Vegas Valley, Gary is committed to sharing his knowledge and providing guidance tailored to each client. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
